Should migraines disqualify you from public office?

Michelle Bachmann suffers from migraines - an anonymous source says she has severe bouts that make her sick for days at a time...

Is this something voters should consider?

I can see the concern of course but wouldn't that be seen as a disability? Much like not voting for someone because they are missing a leg, for instance?
