Universal hand signals for driving
And I'm not talking about flipping people off.
Has this ever happened to you? You are driving along and come to a 4-way stop at the same time as someone else. The other person signals you with a wave, but you're not sure if that means "go ahead of me" or "thanks for letting me go ahead of you". So you pull out a little at the same time that they pull out a little and then they give you a look

Gum chewers - keep it tidy please
Ever notice how much flattened black gum litters our sidewalks? Particularly places where people hang out and wait - bus stops, convenience stores near high schools, etc. Even worse when it's fresh and new and adheres itself to the bottom of your shoe. I have no problem with gum-chewers, but I'd certainly appreciate it if they'd all be responsible about disposing of their gum when they are done
